Do you offer free test assignments?
I offer paid test assignments
A test image requires the same level of attention, expertise, and time as a regular project. If you would like to evaluate my workflow and quality, I would be happy to retouch a sample image at my standard rate.
Do I need to make a prepayment?
Yes, I always work with 100% prepayment
*If the order includes more than 40 images, a 50% prepayment is required
What file formats should I use to send my photos?
RAW / TIFF / JPEG high quality
What are your turnaround times?
Standard retouching takes 2-5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. All orders are completed in the order they are received
If you need priority processing, the cost increases: +50% for expedited orders
Important: I start work only after prepayment is made
Turnaround times are calculated from the moment of payment, not from the initial inquiry
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions based on the original brief is included in the price.
A revision round means a single list of requested changes submitted at one time.
Any new requests, changes that were not included in the original brief, or additional revision rounds may be charged separately.
For larger projects involving multiple stakeholders, the client is responsible for consolidating all feedback into a single revision request whenever possible.
Why is a clear brief / technical assignment important?
A detailed brief helps me understand your vision and expectations. It ensures that the retouched images match your concept and style from the start.
Please include:
- Reference images or examples you like
- Specific instructions (skin corrections, background changes, color tone, artistic style, etc.)
- Any particular details you want emphasized
Important: The more precise your brief, the faster and more accurately I can complete your order. Changes requested later due to unclear instructions may count as additional revisions.
